EXPERIENCE
While working at Gunderson Law Firm, Ms. Forster has represented a wide variety of clients from across Nevada and the country. Ms. Forster’s clientele includes individuals and business on a local, statewide, and national level. She has represented business owners, commercial and residential property owners, tenants, contractors, real estate brokers and agents, developers, and others. Ms. Forster has appeared in both state and federal court, including at the appellate level, across Nevada and California.  Ms. Forster has tried several jury and non-jury commercial litigation matters as lead counsel, in addition to serving as co-counsel in other trials and commercial arbitrations.

Prior to joining Gunderson Law Firm, Ms. Forster worked two summers with the Gunderson Law Firm as a law clerk. During law school, Ms. Forster served as an editor at the Journal of College and University Law and as a teaching associate for a first-year law school class. Ms. Forster also was a recipient of the Notre Dame Fellowship scholarship.

PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Ms. Forster is currently serving as President of the board of directors for the Crisis Call Center. The Crisis Call Center is a long-standing non-profit organization in Reno that addresses crisis situations such as suicide prevention, domestic violence, substance abuse, and sexual assault. She is also the co-President of the Northern Nevada University of Oregon Alumni Association and a member of The Prospector’s Club and the Washoe County Bar Association.
