Elaine Guenaga has practiced law in Nevada for over ten years. Ms. Guenaga has experience in civil litigation, commercial transactions, gaming, utilities, and state and local taxes. Before joining the Gunderson Law Firm, Ms. Guenaga was a senior deputy attorney general for the State of Nevada, and represented the Nevada Tax Commission, the State Board of Equalization and the Nevada Department of Taxation. Ms. Guenaga has presented seminars on state and local sales and use tax to a variety of industries, and has also presented seminars on Nevada’s Open Meeting Law.
