Mark Gunderson has practiced law in Nevada since 1979. Mr. Gunderson has practiced in several areas of the law, including business litigation, corporations, partnerships, contracts, commercial real estate, real estate development, and construction, to name a few. He has represented a variety of clients including: businesses, real estate developers, real estate companies, real estate brokerages, construction companies, contractors, builders and professionals in numerous fields in both Nevada and California. Mr. Gunderson received a B.S. from the University of Oregon and went on to receive an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama and a J.D. from McGeorge School of Law.
